Stops cravings
First time trying this product. I found that it helped stop cravings for sugary foods. This helps as I have a sweet tooth when it comes to things like chocolate etc, so helped. Easy to swallow as they are very small tablets.

I bought the Green Tea from this company seeing that it was well packaged and was exactly what I wanted and after reading about cinnamon helping with sugar habits I decided to come back as soon as I saw this company was selling these tablets and they haven't disappointed I hardly ever get sugar cravings now and they are very small tablets which make them easy to take with a glass of water.
