Q: does this work to keep rats from eating through screens?

Rats don’t like the smell of mint so it probably will work.

Q: Will this be safe to spray to the soil in my garden to keep away the mouse? Bc the mouse eats my plants.

The active ingredient is plant based, so should be safe. If concerned try this method from Google, "The Pour the pure peppermint extract onto cotton balls and place them around your home. Another option is to add the essential oil to a spray bottle mixed with water and spray it in the corners of your rooms.Jan 15, 2019"

Q: Does this come in a larger bottle? We have a farm and ranch and need it in bulk for the rodents in barns, etc.

I'm not sure about this particular product, but I've seen peppermint oil concentrate that you can dilute with water and put in a gallon spray bottle for big jobs.

Q: Does this work on roaches?

Fortunately we don't have roaches, but it does work on ants.
