The bombs came out great. We tested the popcorn ball one and it ...
I bought this kit at Target for $9.99 so that my daughter and I could make these. You need to buy the bath bomb ingredients (i.e. baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salts, vanilla, oil-I used coconut oil, sprayer bottle). The citric acid was difficult to find, but if you don’t order it from online, it can be found in some stores with canning supplies. I found a spice bottle-shaped container of it at Ace Hardware. I had some rose water left over from a baklava recipe, so used some of that too. If you buy more glitter, make sure it is safe for cosmetic use. I have read some warnings and am going to steer clear of glitter outside of this kit just to play it safe. Anyway, it was a small package, so I didn’t expect it to come with everything. Outcome: I was surprised that the recipe made enough for two bombs and you need to let it set for twelve hours. I didn’t know what to do with the extra mix, so I found a popcorn ball maker in my drawer and used it. The bombs came out great. We tested the popcorn ball one and it fizzed perfectly. On another note, I am not sure why a tablespoon is included in the kit. Maybe I am missing something, but I didn’t see a reference to using it...However, it is cute, I am glad to have it, and I am sure we will use it one day with another recipe.

You need to buy more to complete experiment.
It literally only comes with those 3 things. You need to buy ALL ingredients. List is long.

Misleading packaging- this is not a kit to make a bath bomb.
My daughter was excited to make a bath bomb! She opened the box to find out that you have to buy all of the ingredients. "Bath Fizz Experiment" should be called: "A ball mold and glitter" and should be sold at the $1 store. All of the ingredients to make a bath bomb ARE NOT INCLUDED. Most of these are not just sitting in your cabinets, so prepare to have to go shopping for everything.NOT INCLUDED:-a bowl (fine, of course)-baking soda (1 cup)1/2 cup of citric acid (who has this laying around? no one)1/2 cup epsom salt (same as above)1 tsp shea oil (don't have that) or olive oil8 drops of vanilla scented oil (who the hell has this at home?)food coloringa spray bottle for water (I do have this, but would guess most people do NOT have this)

Misleading!!! Just go to a craft store or buy another kit!
Bought for 10$ at target. Misleading packaging. The box implies that it includes the ingredients to make 1 bath bomb. It only includes 1 mould, measuring spoons (that everyone already has and doesn’t need) and a tiny amount of glitter. THATS IT! I could have purchased a couple of moulds and a ton of glitter for $5 at the craft store that I now have to make an extra trip to.Here is the list of YOUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS (not included) 😑 Large bowl, baking soda, citric acid powder, Epson salt, spray bottle with water, measuring cup, baking sprinkles, vanilla scented oil or extract, shea oil or olive oil, food coloring, household gloves.
