So I am giving this product 5 stars even though the one I bought doesn't fit because that was my own fault and not the product. I am 5'7", 145lbs and after reading reviews I chose to buy a medium thinking perhaps I would be going too small but risking it anyway. Well it turned out it was actually too big as I am able to close it all the way on the most inner set of hooks. Typically with these sorts of waist trainers you want to be able to start on the outter set and work your way in.Despite that, I still wore it all day yesterday and again today, and I have to say that I really am blown away by how great this product is for the price. I own a few expensive waist trainers made of latex that are very tight and somewhat uncomfortable at times. I went on a two hour walk today with this on today and it was great. No rolling up, no chaffing, no feeling gross sweat between the material and my back. It isn't made of smelly latex like other waist trainers. I'm not sure what the material it is made of is, but it is smooth to the touch and very sturdy. The construction is very high end and I haven't felt the boning bend or poke in the way that low quality trainers do. The hook and eye closers are quite sturdy as well which was a surprise. For the price I was honestly worried I would be getting something low quality, but it really isn't. The length is perfect too, going right from under my breasts to the top of my hips ( I included a picture as proof). And it was also packaged beautifully which was a total plus. ( a picture of that also included). I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and have already purchased a size small which should be here tomorrow.This is a great product for the money and I would definitely recommend! And maybe take into consideration going a size smaller than you think you should. By their scale I should have gone large and went medium and I still need to go smaller. Hope this helps someone!** Update!!!**I had my size small delivered and I am so so so happy with it! It clips on the most outer set of hooks the way it should and it hugs my body in the way I enjoy. I oddly like the semi- squished feeling of being cinched in, strange, I know. It gives my figure the look I was going for and I love the support it gives my spine. Definitely better posture all the way around. I included a pic of the small on me as well, it's the one where I'm holding up two fingers. Again, I hope this helps someone!

I’m a big girl and needed something to help with my chronic back pain and also help suck in my love handles. Found this waiste trainer and decided to try it. At first i went by the measurements and found out it was big. I pulled it out of the package and had to alrdy clip it to the last row of hooks and still was loose on me. I returned it for the nxt size down and it fit perfect. Had it for a few months and decided to start getting healthy and exercise. Since i have chronic back pain i started using it while working out and it helped so much with doing certain moves that would leave my back soar if i didnt use this trainer. I been working out with the trainer for over a month now and im up to the second row of hooks now! As i use the trainer to workout i of course sweat with it and have to wash it constantly. It became a hassle because theres times i want to go out and wear it under my outfits but have to make sure i clean it and a few times i felt like maybe the sweat smell could be lingering. I decided to purchase another one to have for that reason alone! I ordered the same size and it fit perfectly. Now i have one for working out and one for going out! The price was great too. I did notice when i ordered my first one it came in a nice leather pouch but the second one was just in a plastic bag. No biggie but just thought i’d throw that out there. Im satisfied with my purchases!

Do NOT go by the size chart. According to that I needed an 8x which was way too big. Returned it and after reading through so comments decided to size down twice to a 6x. Fits perfectly. Nice and tight. The material is comfortable, doesn't roll down, and doesn't slide around. Will be buying another one when this one gets too big!

This fits perfect. The measurements with size chart are great. This will tuck in the tummy very well. I keep meaning to measure and have not. This does accentuate my waist, which I love. My hip to waist ratio is less than a half inch, which means I have small hips and butt. This helps balance me out more. It is a challenge to fasten. It took me a while to get used to doing it on my own. I find its best to button a few at the top and then button a few at the bottom, and then continue to work top to bottom. The bottom will unlatch once you get so far down but you can continue the rest of the way with little issue. There are 5 rows of latches, I think, so you can continue to use this as you slim down. Do not wear this for more than 8 hours. Your organs are not designed to be squished up all day every day. I originally purchased this for an Ursula costume but I find it supports my lower lumbar as well. For that reason I enjoy wearing it to concerts to help with the low back pain. You will sweat, so if needed, wear a cotton cami underneath to protect your skin.

I have tried n returned 5 waist trainers. This 1 is a definite keeper. However the size is off. Im a size 2x shirts. I carry most of my weight in my stomach. My waist size is 49 inches which is a pants size of 18 pants. According to the sizing chart I should have purchased a 8x. Instead I purchased a 4x. It fits perfectly. I'm normally very self conscious of my stomach and wear huge shirts. With this trainer Im gaining higher self esteem. Today I and tried on n purchased 2 fitted in the size 16 dresses and some 1x shirts. The waist trainer is of great quality and comes in a nice carrying bag. I would recommend it to others and will purchase again when I out grow this size.

Very nice waist trainer. I was hesitant to order but I'm glad I did. It feels sturdy and fits very well. I'm glad I read the other reviews and ordered a couple sizes down. I'm a size 24 and ordered the 5x but feel like the 4x could fit if I wanted an even more dramatic affect. Maybe I'll size down eventually. Overall I highly recommend this product!
