This is a high quality water flosser from Colgate. It was extremely easy to assemble and was effective in a thorough cleaning.

TLDR: Untested, difficult to use product with a broken design.There are two serious issues with this product:First, the nozzle does not stay in place while flossing. It keeps rotating away from where I want it to point.Second, the nozzle keeps “kicking” up and ejecting itself after every 2-3 seconds of use.Both of these issues mean that I have to tightly hold the nozzle in place to prevent it from rotating or ejecting, which makes it very difficult to use.We have had several flossers in the family over the last 5 years and exactly zero of them have had these issues. And it isn’t a defective unit or nozzle either.. the issue is with the design of the product itself. The nozzle simply DOES NOT FIT the device. I have tried both nozzles that came with the device.My best guess is that they found a supplier in China to import from, slapped a Colgate logo on the cheapest quality product they could find and pushed it to market at a premium without ever testing it or using it themselves. There is absolutely no way this product could have made it to market with this broken design if anyone at Colgate had actually used the device before selling it.By the way, you can’t return the item to Amazon. It will end up for you where it has ended up for me.. IN THE GARBAGE. Please save your hard-earned money and buy a flosser from a physical store after trying it yourself.

Works well. Compact and has adequate water pressure.

Could have given 0 stars if I can ,weakest water force when compared to my previous water glossers.Also it’s 2024 ,who uses a usb type B instead of type c

dont get into the trap its fraud a cheap chinese toy which you cant return and you will be stuck with it
