The product was delivered on time. Installation was done free of cost the very next day. The product is working as expected

When i tried to scan the Wipro Smart doorbell with it's App, it gave me "device bound to another account". When i looked up for this error, internet says device is linked to another customer. Why Wipro vendor is sending me a used Wipro bell for which i paid almost 5,199/- Rs. My view is that Wipro failed me and it will fail you too.

Person at the door has to come very near to the device while talking to be audible.But the pros takes over the cons significantly and as such this product is highly recommended.

All good but there is no mic setting available. Unable to hear what the person speaking on the doorbell during call mode, mic volume is too low. Even at 100% volume it fells like 10% volume.

It's good as long as it works. The camera is clear, detection is mostly okay.However, the camera often goes offline for no apparent reason as home wifi is quite stable and the router is just a few metres away.Recovering from this failure is also not straightforward as there is no easy way to reboot apart from powering off from mains.As a security device, this needed to have both failsafes and minimal recovery time from failure. Unfortunately this has neither.Curiously, I also didn't notice any firmware updates during last 2 yrs.Can't recommend as primary doorbell.
