Perfect for Tall People. Super Comfortable. And there's a hidden bonus!
I'm tall. Not very tall, but tall enough that literally every single chair on the market does not have an effective headrest for me. I had to Frankenstein a chair prior which I hated. and any good option was ridiculously expensive and not exactly stylish. This chair solved that problem for me. Perfect headrest with just the right balance of stiffness and give to it. The height of the chair and headrest both have a great range. the movement of the back is intuitive and has the right tension range for whatever you like. Now with just about every chair in the market, it is impossible to have arm rests that are effective and still be able to have your body close to the table. not with my herman miller chairs, not with just about any chair out there. It's just a function of how high the rests need to be. they need to be almost level with the table or they are ineffective and that means they'll bump into the table 100% of the time.I suffered from this problem with this chair but dealt with it until I finally was fed up and unscrewed them, that made the experience slightly better in most circumstances. I wanted to put spacers to lower the handles but i realized it would be useless as they will need to be raised to reach the table.... then i had the idea to install them backwards and it is the best thing I have every done. My chair problems are over forever. I doubt many chairs will produce the same outcome. check out the photos.customer service also worked hard with me. they sent me "better chair first" because they were out of stock but it didn't work for me so they replaced it with this one. I can safely recommend this chair to anyone (who isn't short) and try the arm rests backwards!

Good chair
So far so good. Have had it for a month or so and it's working nice and is comfortable. Only thing I'd say is maybe raise the front of the seat just a tad. If you wear something like polyester you tend slide forward in the seat if you recline at all.

Sadly of poor quality, built for much larger people
I spent a ton of time researching chairs on amazon and wanted one that had a high back mesh that could lean back a decent amount. I read a couple reviews on this chair where people thought it was super comfortable and good quality, and when I looked at the negative reviews they all seemed to be focused on the arm rest breaking off due to a previous plastic design that had since been upgraded to metal. I also saw that the supplier seemed super responsive to customer concerns which I appreciated, so I thought I'd support what was clearly a new business trying to make it selling chairs. When I got the chair I was unfortunately super disappointed. The quality of the materials and pieces was of very low quality. The metal parts looked like they were welded together without much care or precision. The molded parts had strange bits of metal and non-uniform surfaces. Admittedly, this is all stuff on the base of the chair you probably won't look too closely at, but it was really noticeable from what I'm used to receiving in terms of quality. When I went to assemble the chair, the armrest covers were metal that had been coated in a plastic-like material. Unfortunately, the plastic coating process actually filled in one of the screw holes to assemble the armrest and after trying and trying i just couldn't get it out, making it impossible to assemble one of the armrests.I said fine, maybe the supplier will provide a new one if I ask. I should at least try out the rest of the chair. When I tried to put the back of the chair on the base, there was a metal plate that had been bent and warped when it was placed during manufacturing, with a screw jutting up lop-sided. Again, poor build quality, but the bent plate made it impossible to slide the back of the chair into the base per the instructions, so I couldn't fully assemble it.Other things to note: The base of the chair (the seat cushion) is HUGE. Maybe I could have seen that from the specifications, but I didn't have anything for reference. I sat on the cushion on the floor. It wasn't very comfortable at all in my opinion. After going through some more amazon reviews, I'm starting to think that when people say chairs are "small," they're actually referring to someone of my stature. This chair was noted to be a good size in some reviews, and given that I'm 6' 1" and 175 pounds I figured I wouldn't enjoy a chair for a "small" person. But this chair was massive! It took up way too much space in my room. All in all, I'm super disappointed. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to for two reasons. 1) I think $180 is a ridiculous amount to pay for a chair with this kind of build quality and thought I should let anyone else considering this chair know. It's possible I just got a bad chair, but just about every piece was noticeably poor quality so I doubt that's the case. And 2) I wanted to mention these issues to the manufacturer so they would have an opportunity to to reconsider the build process and quality. It looked like this was from a nice group of folks simply trying to start a small business by selling chairs. They took a picture of their Chinese chair certification and posted it on their Amazon page – clearly they were proud to be offering this product. I really wanted to support a small business that was actively trying to address quality issues, but the quality of the majority of the parts just isn't up to par. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed to make this a good product. I'd suggest buying another chair and looking at the stark difference in quality (perhaps the one I ultimately bought and am quite happy with below.)To anyone still looking for a chair, I purchased a Woolverton Ergonomic Task Chair. You can find the chair on a number of other online sites. The price is the same as this chair, and it's infinitely better in build quality, comfort, and looks too (in my opinion of course). It doesn't have a head rest, but that wasn't something I cared about.

Comfortable and great price.
It was time for a new office chair and it's not easy looking at over 100 chairs and reading a lot of discouraging reviews. This chair was delivered in 2 days as promised, it was packed well and easy to put together. It's super comfortable and sturdy with great back support. The person using it has just come back to work after hip surgery, and she says that the back support is perfect. We did not attach the head rest (which we never do for these chairs... we aren't leaning back when at work.)We like the adjustable arms and the the range of positions.I think that most people will fit very well in this chair; I really cannot recommend it more highly.

Rock Hard
Easy enough to put together today but mine was missing washers, a bunch of screws and was shipped with the wrong headrest. Regardless, I assembled what I could without the washers and used it without the headrest tonight. I have to say the seat is rock hard. I sit all day at my computer designing book covers and this is NOT the chair for me. It's has no give, no cushioning or spring in the seat and I stepped away about 2 hrs. after using it and felt numb. Returning it. If you use this for lengthy work, it is not the chair for you.

Well built and comfortable
I've had the chair for about 1 month now. It was reasonably easy to assemble. The chair is very comfortable and seems to be well made. The armrest position and size works well for use at my desk. I didn't think I would like the headrest but I find it to be very nice to rest my neck when partially reclining. I had a chair similar to this at work and liked it. I thought I would try this instead of the fake leather office chairs that quickly delaminate. The chair seems to be a very good value.
