Brave The ESSA: A Story About An Emotional Support Stuffed Animal

My child whose hyper focus is ESSA’s was over the moon with this book. It’s their favourite book EVER!It’s a beautiful read, that helps you understand the importance of ESSA’s for people to access the world around us that others take for granted.

My 11 year old asked for this book, she is currently OBSESSED with Douglas Dog Stuffed Animals and training them to be ESSA. So this book was a perfect gift for her collection. She even read it aloud to her younger sister.

A purposeful book with meaningful information. Brave helps children find the language to discuss their emotional and physical needs. I highly recommend.

Such a good book to bring awareness to an amazing support for those who need it. Highly recommend to other parents as well as interested children.

I love this book! Such a great conversation starter about important topics like autism, anxiety, and the different strategies we might use to help when we feel anxious. I’ll be buying a copy for our preschool too!
