Good air volume and able to move to location where working in shop. Air is cool and feels like an air conditioner blowing on the hot days in South Texas when temps are over 100 deg.

Just be aware that if you are running it in an enclosed area, it is going to spike the humidity of that area, and unfortunately, as we all know, the more humid the environment is, the less effective an evaporative cooler is.

After taking out of the box I discovered pump was broken. Portacool sent a new one and we installed. Now its 5 months later and the pump is out again.It does a good job when I can get working again.

Good product

We use this cooler on our patio. It delivers plenty of cool air. On the slower settings it does fine. The noise level on higher speeds is distracting but isn’t really a problem for us as we use the lower settings.East to set up and get started. It’s not small. Well made. would be nice if black wasn’t the only color option. Oscillating fan is nice feature.

We purchased this to cool our kitchen down and the temperature is not cold. It basically blows ambient air out. It's a strong blower, but it doesn't cool down anything. Wouldn't waste the money.

This is an excellent product for a small greenhouse. I have an 8x8x10 foot octagonal greenhouse where I grow orchids. I was able to hook this up to an air duct system and it really keeps the humidity up and the tempdown. I’ve used this brand before (earlier models) and it was excellent. Well built, durable, works with timer, and easy to affix to garden hose. It’s worth the price.
