Excellent quality. Been teaching my boys good form and the light weight of this bar is perfect. Can add up to a couple of tens each side with thin collars no problem. Knurling is just enough without being hard on their hands. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my 13 year old. It’s a good starter for beginners. Great quality and can fit one to two weights on each side.

This is great for my 7 year old to join me in workouts. Fits standard 2 inch Olympic plates. The knurling on the grip isn’t too aggressive and the weight is perfect for kids learning how to lift correctly. Performance wise it has held up well to normal use and is easy to toss in the car to bring to the gym. The only con is that it isn’t quite wide enough for a standard rack, so everything has to be from the ground.Good value for the money, these are hard to find, so it’s worth it to have kids be able to safely participate in the gym

Love this smaller bar. My wife used it as a beginner to working out and my daughter now uses it when she joins us. Small but well made and perfect for lighter weight exercises. Great construction and durable.

Great barbell for my son! He wanted to workout with me and this was the perfect compliment to our home gym so he can. Looks as pictured. Bar is a good width for smaller hands. Grips are comfortable and easy on the skin.
