It's a good pillow
When I first opened this pillow, it took around an hour to fully fluff up. I have been using this for a week now and I really enjoyed the benefit of the extra support.The pillow molds itself to my head and provides support for my neck. It was very comfortable and I got a good sleep. The material is of good quality. My only problem is that I had pillow case of queen size, which doesn't fit this queen size pillow. Overall, I like this pillow and is a good deal.

"Adjustable"
I had to remove quite a bit of the stuffing to get the thickness I needed, but the makeup of this stuffing is great for altering the pillow! I actually made a little "travel" pillow with what I took out. Soft, and smell dissipates in a few days. I'm petite and it was nice to be able to get this pillow down to what I need, while still having a soft pillow.

Best pillow I've ever used!
I was having all sorts of neck pain and headaches due to bad pillows. I shopped around for a long time because I didn't want to keep throwing money away on things that didn't work. I have tried the curved memory foam, down, standard nylon fill... nothing was working. This pillow is AMAZING! It forms to whatever I need, it doesn't go soft or disperse throughout the night, and it is easy to reshape in the morning. Within a few days, my neck pain and headaches were greatly reduced and I was sleeping better. I've been using it for a couple of months now and love it just as much as brand new.

You need patient to use it!
It smell very bad until 10 days after. Now it can work like a pillow.....

Doesn’t “push back”
It doesn’t make my ear hurt lying on my side. I have a sort of ultra-sensitivity and all the other pillows I’ve used over the years have made my ears ache lying on them. This one doesn’t ! I’m sooo grateful! Also...it holds its shape... doesn’t squish down

Best pillow ever!
Fantastic pillow - easy to fluff up and does not compress down while sleeping- fabulous and restful sleep with this pillow !

Very comfortable and cool pillow
I have tried Bamboo pillows and My Pillow. I love this pillow. Will order one for my husband. No problems
