Saw these so I thought I would give it a try. First, be aware that a serving size is 5 capsules. So if you don’t like swallowing capsules, these may not be for you. But it’s also hard to get this many supplements in these amounts as it is a lot, which is a good thing. I like several of the ingredients for my liver. I’m a big fan of DHM and milk thistle and these have both as well as several helpful vitamins too. Seem to help especially if yo only have a few drinks. The aren’t magic so if you think you can have 20 beers and take these and wake up fresh, nothing will really help that.
