I've been using this for about six months now. I mix this with my protein drink in the mornings or put a little in my coffee. I do notice an increase in energy overtime and feel it helps with skin hair and nail growth as well.

Update: I’m starting to notice improvement in energy levels and less bloating, probably related to cortisol levels. Will update in a month. Taste still sucks :/They say it’s unflavored but it’s very bitter. I’ll change the review if it actually does anything to my energy levels but I haven’t felt a difference by now (week 1)

Wouldn't repurchase and will not recommend. Difficult to mix and made me sick to my stomach-suffered aches and pains and weird sensation in body after consuming this-I had to stop taking it. It was a small amount for the price I paid so that's money wasted on a product I had to discard. Can't tell if it's real NAD

It didn't take long to feel the difference, and it's been about 6 weeks and I am still feeling like I am aging backwards.I love this stuff, because my skin feels better and so dose my mobility at 65, I feel like a better me.

Carefully read the amount. The image and pouch size are deceiving. It was not effective nor ineffective. Not sure what social media's hype is all about.
