I love them! It looks very cute on my surface piercing. After a few washes, from showering, the rose gold will fade and look a little black. It's no big deal because you can't even tell it's rose gold due to the gem, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have sensitive skin.

Be wary of the internal threading size
Some of the dermal tops fit properly will others don't match up correctly. I was hoping to showcase 2 dermal tops on my nape piercing but one of the dermals isn't the right size. I've purchased a lot of tops through this seller and it seems to be a recurrent problem.
