Yummy and delicious!
What I like most is that the texture of this noodle is like a regular wheat or egg noodle but is vegan and gluten free. Sorghum has high protein content and I like the texture better than the cassava noodles although I eat both for some variety of noodle shapes. I will definitely keep on the lookout for new shapes in a sorghum noodle. Btw sorghum is lectin free as well. Healthiest noodle out there in my opinion. It holds up better than the cassava noodles after cooking when you need to stir in other ingredients either hot or cold. I highly recommend this and any maple shape noodles that this company sells.

Solid for a gluten-free alternative
It's not my favorite but I don't dislike it. I think considering it's gluten-free it's pretty good (which is hit and miss but usually misses for me when comparing to the original). The texture is very gluten-free like, it's almost there to traditional wheat pasta but not quite...some uneven cooking and more firm parts here and there (could have cooked for longer but then I'd probably have had some mushy and some just right parts).I don't mind the flavor which is fairly neutral and the color makes no difference to me...especially when I was going to cover it in tomato sauce anyway. So yeah, I think it might be worth a try if you need a gluten-free wheat pasta alternative for say someone with celiac. However, if you can have wheat pasta you might as well just do that. I feel like this didn't do enough to sway me.

Good substitute for wheat pasta
I recently found out that I have celiac disease and therefore I am looking for alternatives.I have found that rice noodles are very good and today I tried sorghum pasta. I am pleasantly surprised with the taste. They are delicious and I’ll definitely buy them again.

Sorghum linguini - teenager approved (with sauce)
Unfortunately, I did not get to try this pasta plain, so my review is for the pasta served with a tomato sauce. The directions say to boil for 10 minutes, but it seemed to need more time, so I boiled for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, it was still a bit firm in the center. One of my kids said "It's chewy, but I like the chewiness." It did not have much flavor - it mostly took on the flavor of the sauce. It did not have it own yummy flavor like plain white pasta, but it was less obtrusive than whole wheat pasta. All in all, 2 adults and 2 teenagers tried this and liked it, and there was none left. Good nutrition, okay taste, price a bit high.

Chewy but Nice Gluten Free Option
I was excited to try this and had high hopes but I wasn’t completely thrilled although these are nice to have as a gluten free option. It was hard for me to get the noodles all the same consistency throughout. Even though I stirred them there were “chewy” areas. They don’t have a lot of flavor on their own but they can take the flavor of whatever you put on top of them. I just added some ghee, salt, chicken, and rosemary and it turned out to be pretty tasty. I do wish it wasn’t quite so expensive.

It's actually great!
I was hesitant to try this... but it's SO GOOD! It's pretty much just like regular pasta or whole wheat pasta. The color was offputting at first but when I cooked it it got a lot lighter and actually gave an interesting look to my dish. There is no weird flavor, it tastes like regular pasta, especially once you put sauce on it. I made it with a marinara sauce with mussels and it was excellent!I love that this is gluten free, now I have an option for my GF BF. ;-) The price is a little high but that's the price you pay for such a specialty, high quality organic item like this. I definitely recommend.

It's a no for me.
I was excited to try these, any way to get more healthy greens into my family & i's diet, you know? Buuuuut.... they're pretty gross. The noodles themselves turn a sickly grey-brown color after cooking & look very... worm like. It didn't help their case any that boiling them in water turned the water brown and foamy and made it look like thin mud. They also have a very grainy texture that wasn't covered up by any sauce we tried with them. it was honestly pretty hard to get any of my family to eat them... myself included. their flavor was fine, but the texture and appearance was enough to put us all off.

Tasty gluten-free alternative
This sorghum linguine is a welcome gluten free alternative. I regularly purchase another gluten free pasta. This one has a dark color to it, which does not bother me. Some of the color comes out in the water, which may matter depending on the recipe. I have some recipes which reuse the water, and I may prefer to get another pan of water boiling for some purposes. The portion size is the same as for the other gf pasta I use, and the preparation is the same. I've shown photos with the tomato sauce on, and with meat added, as the color does change the appearance of my meal. I find this pasta tasty, and filling. The big issue will be the price, as this is currently almost 3 times the price of the gf pasta I pick up at my local supermarket. Other than price, this is an excellent alternative, and I enjoyed it.
