Enigma Design Company nail decals are manufactured in USA! All of our decal sets are printed on a single sheet of high quality material using modern equipment for a durable decal transfer. Please note these decals are not die cut and the desired decal must be cut from the sheet to be placed on the nail. After cutting, clear vinyl nail decals can then be placed on the nail in the desired position and covered with any top coat nail polish. After cutting, clear water-slide nail decals must be dipped into water using tweezers to remove the backing. The image can then be placed on the nail in the desired position. Any excess water should be removed with a cotton ball and then the decal covered with any top coat nail polish.
