Best dog food mat we’ve found. Extremely happy with our purchase.This may lays flat right out of the box and has a nice firm edge that doesn’t compress or fall. It wears well and is much better than one we previously purchased from another vendor on Amazon. One thing I recommend is to avoid purchasing a black mat. We purchased this one in gray because our previous mat (in Black) always looked dirty, showed water spots, and hair.We highly recommend this product and are very happy with our purchase.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This silicone mat is pretty thick, size is accurate and it does the job. I like the rounded corners and the paws embossed are very well designed. However, color Tan is too different from website picture, more like a greenish-pale beige color.

I bought this for my old Lab that splashes so much when he drinks, my kitchen was becoming a swimming pool! The edges are raised so the water cannot get out. It's easy to wash - just use soapy warm water and let dry. Very durable.

In general, this is a good mat. Nice size, good quality and works well by keeping my dog's bowls in place. It also helps keep my kitchen floor clean because my dog is a piggy when he eats.The reason I'm docking 2 stars is because of the color. I ordered the "Tan", which looks like a nice, rich tan, camel color in the description. It showed up and is actually like baby poop yellow. Its really an unattractive color.If that doesn't matter to you, its a 5.If you want the mat to actually look REMOTELY like the picture, it gets a 1.That's why it gets a 3 overall.Finally, normally I would return this, but I'm just so aggravated with Amazon lately, its not worth it.

It's attractive & size is good, but I don't think this one will ever lay flat. I've reversed rolled it, put weights on the edges for 2 weeks, put it in the dryer, & tried to iron out the edge curls with a hot iron and a towel on top, but this mat will still NOT lay flat. It arrived tightly rolled in a box & just won't lay flat. The edges curl up; luckily our dog doesn't mess with them, but I can see some puppies using that to tug and pull the mat. It's for the dog and we've hat it 3+ weeks now so I'm not sure I'll mess with a return, but the curled edges bug me & I just can't recommend this one.

I wish I ordered the longer one. 24 x 16 sounded big until i put the dog dishes on it. I would recommend you actually go visually measure it on the floor to see what size you want. Product looks and works well.

Order 2 of these mats to cover more floor area because we have big dogs and they slop water all over the place. But I wasn't paying attention. These are plain ol' rubber mats and there is nothing about them to absorb the water once it's slopped all over the place on the mats. Bummer. AND I used a gift card to pay for them. DOUBLE my bad. Don't make my mistake. You want to get a carpeted mat of some sort or you're still going to be toweling up splashed water.

My boxers are such sloppy water drinkers, so I made a shield out of plexiglass since the water was ruining my cabinet and baseboards. When we got new tile floors I had a towel on the floor but I wasn’t sure if it was protecting the baseboards and cabinets. This does an excellent job since it has a raised lip around the entire mat. It’s a perfect fit for my boxers laundry room water bowl stand.

Rolls up at the sides. Would be much better if it was not shipped rolled into a cigar.

Easy to clean & works well! Great size for large dogs!
