Very tasty but I am not so sure about the Guiness.
Very tasty but I am not so sure about the Guiness. The chocolates come in a sturdy pouch with a tear off top which is easy to pull off. On the back of the bag is a “Best Before” date but, as you can see from the picture, I couldn’t see the whole date as someone had stuck a label over most of it. I do not blame the company for this though as I have sometimes seen a message above these dates saying do not cover this. However, my best before was, at best, December 2024 so a maximum of three months. The chocolate is good quality being crisp and tasty. The caramel inside is fairly soft so does tend to be a bit messy if you bite the chocolates in two. The alcohol was gentle but I couldn’t detect a particular taste with this. Others might be able to detect Guiness though. These are fairly expensive chocolates that are tasty to eat. Obviously, the current price of £7 for a net weight of 102g makes them quite expensive but if the price point is good for you, they are very tasty chocolates.I have removed one star because I thought that the best before date wasn’t very long and I didn’t feel that the ingredients justified such a short date. Otherwise, a good buy.

Chocolate Treats
I would love to say these chocolates were delicious, but I can't. That would be because I made the mistake of leaving them on the kitchen worktop and my other half thinking that I'd got them a treat. (I hadn't - I fully intended to curl up with a good book and sit and taste test them myself. By the time I got back from work they had all been eaten so I didn't get chance to try one, but apparently they were 'really lovely.'

More alcohol than expected
I don’t know why I didn’t expect there to be an alcohol content in these but they’re absolutely is. They are super chocolatey and creamy and actually very tasty. But there’s definitely too much alcohol in these to consider eating them before midday. It does list beer as one of the ingredients! Otherwise they are well packaged and exactly as you would expect to find them if you bought them from the shop.

I don't like sweets with alcohol but these were amazing
As stated in the headline, I'm not a fan of sweets or desserts with any kind of alcohol in them, but the Guinness flavouring in these is quite delicate and there's a good ratio of chocolate, caramel and GuinnessEach chocolate is a good size, certainly one per mouthful. They're filled with caramel but it's not an overbearing amount.Truth be told, I tested one to see what it was like, and then went ahead and demolished the entire pack. I'd definitely recommend these as a gift.

Rich and creamy with a flavour of Guinness
You don't get many in the pouch, but they're rich and creamy. You get the taste of Guinness, so how much you like them probably depends on how much you like Guinness. I can't eat them as they're not free of Gluten and I'm a Coeliac.I gave them to my Guinness loving friend to try and he gave them the thumbs up.

Creamy chocolate with gooey filling
These Guineas mini caramels are in a plastic pouch packet, the packet is blue to stand upright in your cupboard due to its style. The chocolate is really creamy tasting and has a gooey middle texture with sweet caramel flavour. I’m unable to detect the Guinness in these sweets though but they’re still worthy of a 5 star rating because the chocolate is amazing.
