This powder turns any drink into superfood magic! It has made my daughter enjoy her drinks a bit more. She'll make blue milk, and when you mix the powder with something acidic (like lemonade) it turns it purple. It is such a fun addition to normal drinks. It has a mild taste. I love being able to add color to things without the harmful additives in artificial dyes. The quality is amazing and I love that this one is organic.

Great addition for adding color and anti aging benefits to food

This powder is awesome for color in drinks. I use it for a gin cocktail and everyone loves the color. Recipe 1.5oz gin .5 oz lillet blanc pea flower to light purple color (a pinch usually works fine, less is more to start out or it gets too dark) top with soda water or a dry Prosecco to give it a little extra flavor. If you want to get really fancy, get edible flowers and freeze them into ice cubes. The taste is great and it is more natural and better than using food dyes or chemicals to add color to your favorite beverage.

I originally bought this as a natural color for meringues. I am yet to use it for that. I make morning smoothies for my kids with this, and they LOVE them.... my kids are so picky, but they like this. I add it to protein powder and mix in supplements, blueberries and bananas, and its the ultimate yummy, very blue drink for my kids. For myself, I heat up almond milk and mix this and some Lakanto Golden monkfruit in, and have a fun, blue drink for myself. It really is a fun, colorful drink and upon reading about it, it's apparently wildly nutritious as well, which is awesome!

A little but goes a long way, less than a 1/4 of a teaspoon is a lot, try it. The powder should be a very healthy additions to drinks like green tea, lemonade, etc but I don't recommend to just add it to plain water as a stand alone drink. It has a medicinal taste by itself.
