Beetroot Sauerkraut Barrel Aged & Unpasteurised (Living Cultures)

The sauerkraut produced by this company is really tasty and it can get quite expensive as I get through a jar pretty quickly. If you like your sauerkraut finely chopped with a softer texture not crunchy then you should like this. It doesn't taste too sharp or vinegary like others I've tried. Just be aware that the jar can leak in transit due to the fermentation process and theres a leaflet from the company in the package explaining why this can happen and that the product is still safe to eat. My last delivery was delayed by 10 days due to Royal Mail holding onto the package because of the leakage problem.

I bought both flavours beetroot and normal. Both tasted great, had beetroot one every day for a month and have noticed a difference in IBS and bloating. Definitely think the probiotics have worked. I am now on the normal flavour which also tastes lovely, I will be buying again from this brand and think this is a great way to stay healthy.

I love sauerkraut and I love beetroot so this is a taste made in heaven for me, with the addition of the great health benefits.

Gone straight in the bin. Had on my salad 2 nights running and it was tasteless. Don’t know what was in it but it burnt my oesophagus on both occasions. Won’t be buying again. Yuk!!!!!

Bought this as a present for my wife. She is about halfway through the jar (which has more in it than you would expect) and is really enjoying it, says it is very good sauerkraut, and a bit different with beetroot in. The seller also provided really good after sales service, when there was a problem in transit.

Love this sauerkraut, authentic, tasty and healthy. Recommended this to everyone - try it.

I have tried kraut from another producer, one was too spicy for me, the other ok. This cubed beetroot kraut is delicious. Cabbage nice and fine, beetroot cubes small. Delivery and packaging were both good. I'll be purchasing more from this excellent company.
