I have never heard of Tragacanth Gum so was interested to try it.I followed the directions and soaked a small amount in water until it softened and become gel like.I added mine to my morning smoothie.This is organic and chemical free and found it helps with digestion.I have also tried it added to my butter icing for cakes and it didn't add any flavor and gave it a nice consistency.I am impressed with this

I have been using gond katira for quite a few years so was very pleased to get this. Gond Katira has natural cooling properties so I use it during the summer months to regulate heat in my body and keep it cool. I use the dissolved gelatinous solution & add it to rose water and drink it everyday during the summer months.This pack contains plenty of gond chips so will last you for a long time. The chips are of good size & quality. They soak well in water and dissolve completely.Overall, very pleased with the product. It also comes in resealable bag so easy to store it too.Hope you find this review helpful.
