How do I return this pump? I’ve had it since April and it just quit working and I can’t find a way to contact seller or return.

I am not satisfied with the water pressure. It is not what I expected to get from this unit.

Installed in January 2019 and so far so good. Admittedly we have sediment issues and pump has held up, although I expect failure given the product description. Installed to a depth of 360' and output is satisfactory. Decent purchase for the price - be sure to do your research before purchasing!

PUMP TOTALLY FAILED TO WORK INSTALLED 60FEET COST MESO MUCH HAD TO GET AN LOAN
spent over $2500 to find out what was wrong with pump from hell!!! WIFE AND I DISABLED WITH AN WATER SOURCE HEAT PUMP NEED WORKING PUMP PAID PLUMBERS AND PARTS TO TRY YO FIND OUT WHATS WRONG WITH PUMP HAD TO WAIT 2 MONTHS TO PUT PUMP IN AND IT NEVER WORKED ONLY DOWN65FEET WATER AT 30FEET 2HP SHOULD HAVE PUSHED WATER 25FEET IN AIR UP AND DOWN TO NO WATER NOT ABLE TO GET WATER SOURCE A/C TO FUNCTION!! HAD TO GET WELL CO. TO DO EMERGENCY PUMP REPLACEMENT FOR ANOTHER $600! please take this co off amazon!! am excellent cuostumer!!

It is more than what meets the eye.
The pump is working fine. A lot of added work with new hoses, wiring, and hooking up. Please let the customer know that it is more than dropping the pump in the well. I must say that it is a beautiful pump. I am looking forward to everything performing well in the future.

Bad Check Valve
The pump works great. But the check valve does not perform well at all. The water drains right pass the pump causing the pressure switch to constantly kick on and off. I will have to pull a 220' well to pump and install an additional check valve right before the pump. The check valve did not work from the time of the installation.

Well pump
Would not fit in the 4” pipe without removing the guard for the wiring. Had to fight with it to remove it garde. Over all I could not afford to get another one. So had to make the adjustments.
