I have been meaning to write a review . I have used it works hair skin and nails they changed their product (the tool all their good skin vitamins out) so this product has everything in it . Hair skin and nails did not taste good ! But this pill it works ! But its awful whew! I read reviews i agree ! I take mine at night with a shot of some kind of wine or alcohol! It’s makes my stomach sick and i taste it all night. But it helps my cystic acne and hair. So I take it! It’s great brand love it! I wash my hands after touching pill but the smell is still on it . So it’s a five and take situation . I do skip days taking it . It works just fine. It’s a great product just has a little smelly flaw! Lol 😂

I use this product to help strengthen my hair and prevent fallout or thinning. The smell isn’t the greatest and I’ve noticed that I become nauseated after taking it if I don’t eat something beforehand but my hair does seem healthier and I have less hair in the shower and on my brush since taking it.

Read the ingredients. Forte: fortified, made more effective by including good amounts of all you need to work with the valuable Biotin and zinc, the very necessary Folic Acid, Panothenic Acid along with small amts of the B's. If you're used to buying separate minerals, each one costing what this one bottle cost, you'll be pleased to get so much in one (small to med size oval shape) pill. 60 tablet pills. Expiration date is almost 2 years from purchase so buy a few bottles. The difference is observable in 6-8 days. Two weeks should convince you. Take this to boost what almost all multi B's consistently lack for supporting, hair, teeth, gums, nails, bones; builders not of energy and muscles like the purpose of multi B's, but cellular tissue, delivery of minerals to your infrastructure. This vitamin has a strong vitamin C smell when the bottle is opened. It smelled more like ascorbic acid than my vitamin C supplement did. The capsules are flat and oval and I found them easy to get down. However, I also found that this vitamin combination had a very diuretic effect. In other words, shortly after I took it I had to pee all the time, and it needed to be dealt with pretty much as soon as I noticed. I think for the price it's worth trying, if you have Prime shipping. It seems decent enough and it definitely had an effect. I just think maybe I don't need these particular vitamins, and since they are water soluble they just moved right along. Maybe quadruple the RDA is overkill.
