Seem to do something.
It seems to me that this stuff is doing something.At least it inhibits my appetite a little.If it provides nutrients without the need of more food intake, it should cause me to lose some weight.I don't think it will perform a miracle, but it may help to control appetite.Nothing will substitute exercise, however there may be more people with physical restrictions than you'd thinkand their exercise maybe limited to lifting an arm or leg.It is probably much too early to write a conclusive review, the trend however is showing.One negative point is the taste that could use some improvement.I'd suggest to quickly swallow otherwise it will taste somewhat unpleasant.

No noticed difference before and after.
I can't exercise due to multiple medications that sap my energy, but I eat as healthy as I can. That said, I saw these pills and thought I'd just try 'em since I do need to lose weight.I weighed in at 172 from the beginning, and a few days after the last pill I weighed 173. I bought this based on the product rating from reviews, and it didn't cost much, but I'm always skeptical of these "oh this is wonderful I lost x pounds in x days!" reviews. People can be paid to make them and have no other account activity or reviews... and it seems that may be the case here.No negative effects, which is nice since no seemingly positive effect happened.

Did nothing!
I have been taking it for about three weeks now... no results. I actually weigh more then when i started taking it by about 3 lbs ( this being normal for me). I also received an email from the company asking me to not write a bad review if i was not happy and to let them try and fix things with me first. I'm not sure if this is why there are only good reviews or not but this does NOT work. Its just another weight loss fad. I followed the directions did everything normal in my day and had no results at all.

This Products actually works
This product is very healthy and I would encourage others to purchase it, first and foremost, when I take these pills I am energize, unlike other diet supplement I have taken in the pass, I did not feel any weakness in my joints, cramps in my stomach, and after two weeks with my daily crunches, I have seen where i have loose couple inches in my waist, the bloating was gone, and my thighs werent rubbing against each others, overall what I am trying to say is that, after two weeks I have lost couple pounds without feeling sick, no cramps, no weakness in the joints, its works

I got these on recommendation but my treadmill is what really works! I took the pills in addition to my regular exercise routine. Hard to say what caused my increased weight loss the work or the supplements.

Another Gimmick
I had high hopes for this. I tried it for 2 weeks with working out and healthy eating... Lost 1 lb. So I added some GC and took them both (everyone on the internet says if you take them both you are going to lose weight without having to exercise or diet, right?!?!) I took them both for 2 week with exercise and diet, guess what??? I gained that pound back. My friend bought one as well because we were going to do this together. She didn't workout though. Still she didn't lose any weight. So this gets 4 thumbs down.

Review Of Green Coffee Bean Extract
I was under the impression that this would help you lose weight-I have gained weight and so far-do not see that it is working as the advertisement states-but I will continue to try it a little longer-

I have tried several brands this one works well enoughI take it with other supplements and I am slowly losing weightI also watch my calories and exercise a few days a week
