Thermostats losing signal is now resolved
Brilliant product. We recently had a house extension and extended our existing UFH system, once it was commissioned we noticed some of the zones would just randomly turn themselves on and we would find rooms really hot despite the thermostat saying it was off. After a bit of digging we found out that the thermostats were losing connection to the RF switch. The Heatmiser thermostats have a Fail safe function which is designed to prevent frost damage e.g. pipes freezing by heating the zone affected for 12 minutes in every hour (20% of the time) until the signal is restored. This happens if the RF Switch hasn’t received a signal from the thermostat within a 40 minute period. Basically our boiler was firing all the time!We purchased the Neoplug and it instantly resolved the problem. I also love how the plug acts as a timer for any electrical device such as a lamp, basically set the plug up in the Heatmiser NEO App, not only does it act as a signal booster you can also turn on any electrical device that’s plugged into it through the app. Cracking product.

once it was connected it has worked correctly and is easy to control
I needed this plug both to fit an automated light control and also to extend my heatmiser network. On occasion some of my thermostats would show offline being just on the periphery of the Neohub2 router's range. Putting this plug in a location between the router and the thermostats ensures the network is boosted and the offline issue is resolved. It wasn't quite plug and play. The plug did not show up in the app immediately after pairing. I had to reboot the router a couple of times before it showed up as a node in my profile. However, once it was connected it has worked correctly and is easy to control.

NOT JUST a plug
This worked much better than I thought. first ... it's not just a plug. I wanted a range extender for my home. Upstairs I have the main boiler and under floor heating system with an UH8-N controlling most of the thermostats. In order to be able to control everything properly and easily (better than the manual thermostats) I got the Heatmiser App. However you can't connect the app to the thermostats unless you install a Heatmiser Hub. Once the heatmiser Hub was in position I noticed that the perfect position meant just one thermostat was out of range so I plugged this in nearby and the range extender worked perfectly. Now all thermostats are controlled from my phone and I have a ply free to use if I need one. excellent kit and was easy to set up once I got going.

Tried to connect a thermostat 20 metes away and needed two boosters.
Tried to connect a thermostat 20 metes away and needed two boosters. This makes the system more expensive, in fairness we have a large plant room with lots of electric interference, which probably play's havoc on the mesh network.

Very useful device to extend range of mesh network
I bought this to see if it would solve a weak signal problem with a neoStat in an out building. It isn't that far (5m) and is well within the 40m official working Range of the other neoStats. They all are supposed to talk to each other, not only to the neoHub. Anyway, the problem neoStat was mainly online but about once a day it would be offline and unavailable for a couple of hours. The neoPlug has boosted the signal sufficiently and now the network is solid. So, shouldn't have needed the neoPlug but it has solved the problem nicely.

Expensive, but works
It's expensive for a plug, but works well with my heatmiser system

Heatmiser wireless sensor range extended
Needed this to extend the range on my heatmiser wireless temp sensors. The rooms farthest upstairs get disconnected from time to time.

It isn't just plug and play and £15 cheaper direct from Heatmiser
I guess this is meant to be 'plug and play' and I purchased it to use as a repeater from my RF wiring centre. So far it won't work and there is nothing in the instructions to tell you how to connect it to your RF system.I expect it should be easy but sadly the reality isn't the same. Also found that the item is £15 cheaper direct from Heatmiser.
