I took a bit of a different tack when it came to using this faraday fabric - I got it to line our microwave cabinet (nothing too fancy, just hot glued it to the shelf, top, walls, and doors) because every time we'd microwave something, it would kill the WiFi in our entire house - kicks everyone off their meetings, streaming, video games, phone calls... everything. Very annoying consequence of craving some popcorn. I hypothesized that blocking the EMI from escaping might solve the problem. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it actually worked! As long as the doors of the cabinet are closed while the microwave is running, it no longer kills the WiFi. Score! I'd imagine it works the other way too, to protect a specific thing from receiving EMI, but for my purposes of blocking EMI from escaping, I rate it 5* and I've still got some leftover from the ~4 foot x 9 foot piece the sent.

I was able to block my phone's GPS signal using this fabric. Very pleased.

This is a nice sized piece of faraday fabric. Easy to cut and easy to sew into your own specific configuration.
