We DID NOT recieve what is pictured here. The quality is NOT the same / the instructions are for a different model . I’m so upset. The other reviews are misleading. I will be trying to figure out how to get this resolved. It’s very upsetting. These are for professional use and need to be reliable, efficient and ergonomic. I hired a plumber to come help me figure out the issue- so we had to move the back hole up and replace the hardware which was the problem- it was defected. Obviously needed a shampoo station in the salon that works- after we did all of that and replaced the hardware with working parts I have it operational. We had NO contact back from this supplier and the chair itself is fine, just buyer beware you’ll need help installing and new pipes, you’ll need new water line fittings with connectors that hook up to the water supply AND you need a hair drain trap too! It’s about $100 additional pieces plus an expert to make sure it’s compliant and working right.

You get what you pay for. We had to replace all the tubing and connectors on the inside because it was super flimsy. Also the platform is to high for the clients feet to touch the floor so you need a small foot stool. The sprayer is super tiny And slippery So we had to replace that. All of that is no big deal to get but it’s good to know. That being said the amount in replacement tubing and sprayer didn’t exceed the amount you’ve saved by buying the expensive backwash bed unit. I probable won’t repurchase this unit again to fill my other spot.

Ordered these chairs for our salon. The quality is very nice for the price you pay. We had a budget to stick to and these chairs fit perfectly within that. Leather is easy to clean. Bowls are plastic but quite large. I like the head rest within the bowl for comfort. Pretty easy to put together. I am a stylist and salon owner and could do it myself with 0 help. So 10 out of 10 for easy installation. I found myself having to purchase extra washers and nuts. Which is fine. However, you WILL/SHOULD just go to your local hardware store to pick up more. When put together, they are tall. Great to shampoo, hard for the guest because unless you are over 5'6" your feet will not touch the ground. So I would consider buying foot stools to pair with this setup to be comfortable for your shorter guests. You get what you pay for and in this instance, I am very impressed. I really like this shampoo unit! I was a bit hesitant at first because of the plastic bowl, but wow my clients love it! I only wish that it had a foot rest. I purchased one separately and it works great!

Terrible cheaply made product with very vague instructions on assembly. Will not allow return because obverse 30 days. From like China direct, even the response from the company was not very easy to understand. Stuck with a piece of garbage I cannot return. Do not buy this product!!!

Shorter than I thought it would, I sit in a chair behind it. But that became a good deal. My clients love it and they're very comfortable. I just don't like the plastic Bowl, the sprayer isn't long enough, and the whole that it comes out of is just cut out there is nothing to let it slide through so it gets loud.

I like my back wash, they were low for me so I build some platform and add a foot rest. My clients like them, they were easy to assemble, the material is great. I did not change anything for the plumbing, had a small leak, but it was resolved. Love the style, love this basin.
