I’m becoming more and more dissatisfied with this product. It’s a great tracking device, it’s simple, and more understandable than “if the top line is darker than the bottom line” type tests. BUT, the touch screen isn’t the best. It didn’t bother me much in the beginning, I just figured it would get easier the more I used it. I’ve been using it several months now and it hasn’t. I push in my PIN and have to delete/backspace because the numbers don’t always enter, even after multiple presses and holding down. I thought I started a new data cycle on 4/6, and as I’m getting to the end of my period I should be getting notifications to test. I’m not. I check only to discover that even though I set up and confirmed a new cycle, it didn’t register. Now my stats are going to be screwed up because you can’t make changes to dates or times outside of a 4 day window of the start of a cycle. My husband and I bought this as a tool for helping with our TTC journey and it’s more of a hindrance than a help. Save yourself the frustration and buy something that uses a phone app or has better touch screen feedback.
