Its a bit sweet and mothers with gestational diabetes cannot consume. Otherwise the taste and flavour is good. Easy to consume with milk. Mixes easily in water as well as milk. Happy with the quality.

This product has lots of sugar and is not at all boosting breast milk.. writing a review after using this product for 10 days. Worst product. Waste of money. Pls don't buy.. it only has 2 % shatavari and rest is sugar. There are other products which gives comparitively good results.
