Chefs Choice Cheesecloth (28 X 24) Grade 50 100% Natural Organic Cotton Gauze

Just regular gauze cloth. No "organic" label as claimed in the title. I should have bought better quality from Whole Foods.

Holly crap - this is very very fine! Plenty too. We wanted to use this in our kitchen, but it is so fine we ended up using only the grade 50. Nonetheless, this is very good quality.

Great! BUT PAY ATTENTION: this is water degradable!

I use this for everything from clarifying consomme to making nut milks, to steeping loose tea. This is a large square of high quality cheescloth and I have tossed all the older, less tightly know ones I have for this. You will NOT regret this purchase and will only find many new things to use it for...

I use this cheesecloth with plain Amish yogurt to make Greek yogurt. I works great. Next time though, I'll buy the one that comes with a little holder, for the cheesecloth to hold the yogurt. I've been suspending it over my colander and into a large bowl inside the frig.

Works great. I use it for straining oil. Able to be reused, sanitized by boiling and holds up real good. Company policies and support are tops.

Best cheesecloth I ever used. I use it for fermenting teas for kombucha, sourdoughs, and Kefir.

This is a really nice cheese cloth. Tightly woven. I bought the grade 100, and it worked wonderfully for hanging cheese. It is so closely woven, I didn't have to double it, yet it still allows good drainage.
