These help with snoring. Nothing’s a magic fix, but it does reduce it.The pinch is a weird sensation, but I 90% am used to it. As long as you’re not rolling face down, it’s not painful.I do occasionally touch the clip/my nose when I sleep. Maybe once a night tops. It’s annoying but I go back to sleep.My nose is a little drier when using them the next morning, but nothing lasting.

I guess it’s working 😴
I guess it’s working my lady said I am still snoring but not so intense as before. It is comfortable to wear when sleep it doesn’t bother me at all, the most of time I forgot that I am wearing it.It doesn’t look as scary as some other devices on your face. 😊

Waste of money
I read reviews prior to ordering. Most people stated they saw results, but it didn't work for me. Plus, they were uncomfortable for me to sleep in overnight. I tried them while taking a nap and my husband states I was still snoring. So it was a waste for me.

Sleep well at night no snoring at night and my Fiance says she doesn't hear me snore
