After a few weeks of use, the movement has slowed slightly, making them more controlled. Performance has been consistent so far; long-term durability remains to be seen. Really great quality but suitable for carpet.

Bought to replace solid plastic and use on a new wooden floor. Delivered next day. Each wheel is wrapped individually and then they're packed in the box neatly enough. Instructions provided... but it is really pull the old ones off, push the new ones in. Wheels were smooth, and glide nicely. The chair feels as comfortable as ever, and most importantly does not damage the wooden floor. Given the cost of the floor... the price to protect it is really reasonable. One last thing... the clear might not look it until you look side on, because they are clear and just look black.
