Screws are missing from the order. Cannot assemble the chair without screws.*EDIT*good and responsive customer support, they sent a screw set on request. Got it within 72 hours. Assembled the chair immediately. Good value for money product
Good, comfortable chair with decent back support. Arm rests are also decent, would’ve been great if the arm rests were also adjustable.All in all, good value for money chair.

Good product, economical, prompt service
It has been just over a month I have been using this chair. I must say, the quality is really good.The service of the company is really commendable. There was a prompt installation. The warranty certificate was promptly provided and they made sure everything was okay and I was satisfied. Which I really was...!!!So definitely a 5 star from my side.

Bad Quality
Chair came with no screws and the plastic base cover was broken..it looks very flimsy and I doubt if it can be the base of the hydraulic unit which is supposed to come on top of it

Good chair at this price point
Sturdy chair at price point 3.5k. It is easily holding my weight with no problem. However this can be used for few hrs only as it is small and has a very stright sitting posture. 2+hr of sitting will give back pain. Do not consider this for full day work chair. Otherwise it makes sence for casual office chair
