fits very well. my waist is 36-38, and the large fit just fine. material is niceupdate, purchased a second pair of these. the materials used seem a bit cheaper than the first pair i ordered. fits fine, but i expect a lot of fraying with the new ones

My wife absolutely loves the “sheerness” of the fabric, and the colors available. I love them because they are soft and comfortable, and, the “pouch” has a bit of Spandex in the material, which allows it to expand several inches, should the need arise.

The first one they sent me was fabulous in comfort but had bad stiching, I re-sewed it and it's perfect now, it was black cotton and super comfy and then they sent me a free replacement and the new one is mesh and not nearly as comfortable on your junk..

I just received my item and it is exactly what it is! I’m a big guy so I ordered a 3x. At first, I thought it wasn’t going to fit. Once I put it on, it fit like a glove.
