Wouldn't recommend when I opened lots of air burst out and the smell and taste is chemically and not nice to take I've taken 2 so far and not happy with these and definitely not worth £10

These are really tasty , smell nice too , great health benefits Quality Product, value for money definitely Iv only been taking them for 6 days I feel like I’m slightly more better I’m guessing just enough vitamin content in there for me I will definitely 💯 buying more
