Packaging was great…etc !
The media could not be loaded. Everything was packed neatly, the head bands are two different sizes, and there not super tight which is a good thing for me bc my lil head is sensitive… lol and everything you need is in the lil box .. 10/10 recommend .. Good price . Bc we all know if we went up in that beauty supply store .. all this stuff would’ve came up to like 50$ off rip !!

One of the products came used. The box was already damaged. Very disappointed at being sent open products that have already been used. An obvious amount of the bottle had been used. Everything else came sealed so it was easy to spot that I had been sent used product. Not worth the money if it's second hand.
