For the price it's exactly what I want, you might be able to find something better and definitely so at a higher price but it's great to be able to charge this in three ways and be able to charge usb devices. When you flip up the solar panel a light turns on underneath and it's perfect for setting up at night so I can read and draw while out in the wild at night and the radio signal is very clear even from inside my house. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for multiple important things in one to use out in the wilderness but if you're looking for something purely for charging devices I'd suggest getting a small solar panel charger from here on Amazon and maybe getting this as an extra charger and moral boosting tool!

I bought this all-in-one radio in case of blackouts or if I was ever lost in the woods. I haven't had a reason to use it yet, but the next disaster that comes along here, it will come in handy. I liked the fact that it has three sources of power (solar, hand crank, and batteries). I really like the built-in signalling devices. You need a mirror to signal a plane? It's there. You need to flash an SOS? You can do that. You need an audio signal to alert your being trapped in the car down an embankment? You can do that, too. Although it is compact, it's better than nothing, and small enough to put in any emergency kit.

This item is a must have for any survivalist or outdoor enthusiast. This is a perfect item for your bug out bag, car, hiking backpack, office desk, home emergency supplies and camping supplies. In any emergency situation staying informed (via radio and weather broadcast channels) is of the utmost importance. Additionally this radio has an adjustable beam flash light, a reading light and a flashing SOS light with a loud alarm that would help rescuers find your location if needed. The additional charging adapter is great to have on hand to not only charge your phone but a variety of other types of phones as well. I purchased this radio for emergency purposes. I love the size and great reception for such a small radio. I dropped it as I was removing it from the package onto my tile floor :(. SO HAPPY that it didn`t damage the unit, and it is working properly and took a charge right away. It definitely is a sturdy piece of equipment! I highly recommend this for your go bag or camp bag.

I bought this radio for the purpose of receiving weather information and tornado warnings. When I first got it it was a lot smaller than I expected. The radio itself comes with a lot of features, so I would say this is a must have for families In emergency situations. Heck I don’t just only use it for a Weather information but Sometimes I even listen to music. Audio quality not that great but I honestly didn’t really expect much from it.

Living on the Central California Coast, I decided to finally create my own personal “Survival Kit” after we experienced two large earthquakes (6.4 & 7.1) in two days. I live four (4) hours drive away from the epicenter, but it was definitely felt. I came across this radio while shopping on Amazon, and it listed all of the requirements I was looking for. Particularly the hand crank and solar powered features that also allows me to charge my cell phone and iPad. The radio works great.... picks up my local AM Stations for news and alerts. It’s a smaller then I imagined, but that’s okay.... I can pack other necessities too!!!

Bought this for the Florida hurricane season, but hope we don't have to use it for that. Seller shipped it promptly. It was easy to set up for use. Small, lightweight and easy to carry. Right now we use it as a regular radio. Sound and reception are good. Flashlight and reading lights work well. The AAA battery compartment willl remain empty till hurricanes approach (if they ever do) . My only complaint is that the cord to plug into an electric wall outlet is very short. USB connections work well. We are very pleased with this radio.

I purchased this radio after we had a tornado touch down on the street behind us. Our power was, of course, knocked out, and LTE lines were so busy you couldn't load any kind of weather updates. This radio is awesome. It has the ability to charge my phone without requiring power (its hand-crank allows you to charge the device.) It picks up the local radio stations and has a flashlight and an alarm mode. They also included a multi-type charger cable for most portable devices in the package. I would highly recommend this radio for anyone living in storm-prone zones like we do.
