Q: Does this come with a plastic string to hang it?

Yes. It is attached to the glove. We love these bath mitts. At first they are a little rough but then great.

Q: How can I sanitize it?

I soak mine in a bleach/water mixture (probably not as regularly as I should). I assume since it gets mildew gone, that it is sanitizing as well. The bleach doesn't seem to weaken the structure of the glove, which I was afraid might be the case.

Q: Is this ok to use everyday on my body or is that too much exfoliating? And does it lather better with soap or body wash?

Yes, you can you it everyday. Either soap or body wash are both good.
