I am very pleased with this knife! I like it better than any metal blade I have used in the past. It cuts great and the quality is great as well.

Lightweight, very sharp knife.
The blade on this knife is fantastic! The handle is a bit lighter than I am accustomed to, but feels sturdy so far, and has held up to the rigors of my office’s employee break room kitchen for a few weeks now with heavy use.I am very pleased with this knife and would recommend it.

Received my knife yesterday. When I say sharp, it is very sharp. The only thing I can say I wished was different is the color of the blade is white. It looks like it has a cover over the blade but its the actual blade. While opening the pack I mistaken it to be in a cover and it wasn't so I sliced my thumb open. I really needed stitches but trying to get by with it tightly wrapped so be careful especially opening. I also used a permanent black marker to write on blade "this is the blade" so no one else would make the same mistake. That's how much it looks like a cover. But if you want sharp this is the knife.
