Good value and keeps well. We use it for cooking and have substituted if for most oil use. It is great for steaks, fish, and sautéing vegetables. RFK was right, the tallow makes for a better taste.

Will never go back to oil, this stuff is so much more healthy and we just air fried Orange Roughy in beer batter the best ever.

I’m on my second tub of tallow and I must say and encourage EVERYONE to switch from oil to this product! Things taste so much better and it’s a healthier choice! Oh I also have a third order for this in my cart for a future order!

I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Beef tallow is already expensive. I ordered the 3lb bucket and if you have to add a sticker asking people to be nice when leaving reviews that should of been my first red flag. If I wanted 2 lbs I could of paid for that at my local store for $19.99. I weighed this and even though I ordered 3lbs it did not meet 3lbs. It filled two of my 400 gram jars and then I had a tablespoon of beef tallow left. I am completely disappointed I couldn’t even return this item if I wanted to. The quality of the oil was great but getting robbed of your own hard earned money is providing a disservice. The taste and texture was fine but again not worth it. You might as well change your packaging seeing as this is clearly an issue.

Use this on my iron skillet to cook and keep season. Love it

Overall I love this product! It’s amazing for cooking and great for all my homemade skincare I make. The only con is the lid, I have a very difficult time taking it off every time I use it.

This plus some extra virgin olive oil, pure vitamin c, and shea butter + whatever essential oil smell you want makes the BEST skincare for all over your body. I was able to whip this up. It does have a beefy smell of course but that is normal you have to find your combo or what essential oil masks that for you. But this is top quality and I have enjoyed using it. You can also cook with it too which I have tried but I just prefer to make my skincare with it (:

Pure beef tallow. Health benefits, moisturizing. Whips and blends well in creams and lotions. Pleasant smell. Large amount of white tallow. Good value for money.
