*Update* seller responded and quickly resolved the issue. Took a quick picture of the product to show them what I was experiencing and they are sending out a new one. Love when sellers back their products!It worked great until it didn’t… the audio stopped working on 3 of the 6 inputs after approximately 2 months. Amazon told me to contact the seller because it should still be under warranty but the seller never responded. Buy at your own risk!

Doesn't work.Seller offered a full refund.I was completely surprised by this and gladly accepted.If the product would have worked, it would have alleviated a lot of cable swapping. Thank you for the refund.

I got this to replace a 4x2 matrix switcher that I though wasn't working right. This one would not pass anything on Input 1 after I tried several output devices on it. I bypassed the switcher using an HDMI female-to-female adapter and it worked. The other inputs appear to work as advertised but I need all 6. Sending it back. Weirdly worded "manual" of course.

After using it for a few days, I really like how easy it is to use this product. and the materials used are very satisfying, I really like this item!

If you have older 1080 tvs this unit has issues

Works well for managing multiple inputs - I have PC, PS3, PS2, Xfinity Flex hooked up. With so many options for input, output, and audio it was little finicky at first, but once properly setup and figured out its been smooth. Just wish the remote worked more consistently. I have to press the button hard or press multiple times for the input to change. Unexpectedly, love that the DC power plug screws into the unit, never seen that before and would like to see that on more devices

This HDMI switcher has been a fantastic addition to my home setup.
