The description describes it as a 3rd class relic. On the back of the St Dominic centerpiece it says "ex indumentis", Latin for from the clothing. (Which isn't there) If in fact it was from the clothing of St Dominic then it would be a 2nd class relic. Inorder to be a 3rd class relic it would have had to have been touched to a 1st class relic. It's against the catechism to sell relics.
