More sour than lemon heads and that's a great thing

If you love sour candies then you will love these :). Similar to sour heads these have a sour powder coat that last maybe 5-8 secs and turns sweet right after with hint of sour. Once you get past the sweet part, provided that you don't chew it, then it turns just a bit more sour in the center leaving you just wanting to bite it to get there sooner! All in all similar to a sour head. If you love lemons or if you remember those sour lemon altoids then these are def for you. Definitely great flavor. Comes with a good amount of candy in the three pack making it it worth it more for the money to buy three instead and they will last you a good while.

Once you get past the powdered lemon or citric acid on the outside of the candy you enter stage two. Stage two is a sweet contrast to the first moments of this candy. Stage three is the final and best part of this candy. It has the purest lemon flavor I have ever tasted in a lemon drop candy. Five stars isn’t enough for these wonderful candies. Try one you will love it.

I was looking for good sour lemon hard candies on Amazon and have purchased a variety of brands and these are by far my favorite. They are very sour at the start (made with concentrated lemon juice) and then smoothly delicious afterwards. I have now have a new addiction to these.

I love Super Lemon! My father was a Japanese speaking flight attendant and he would bring these back from Japan for my brother and I. He also said that they would give them out to passangers going to Japan and coming back to the US...I had been looking for them now that I am older, and only could find at World Market, which they rarely had them in stock, so it was awesome to see Amazon carried them in 3 packs! Love them.
