Received the game on time but the game manual was torn from one side and seemed to be quite old. The dvd also had some scratches at top. This made me suspect whether dvd is new or it's a used game dvd. Since the game dvd worked fine, I am rating the deal as 3 star deal.This was my first buy from Amazon. I have bought many a times from flipkart, ebay, and snapdeal. May be I'll try once more with amazon and if I get similar kind of products which I start suspecting as used products then I'll stop buying from Amazon.

The atmosphere, the background, storyline, the music, the AI and gameplay is so good that provides me to finish this game even the sixth time. No doubt one of the best games ever played

If you're coming off the recent Hitman games and expecting a similar kind of game with less polygons, I'd heavily recommend skipping this game, it's not terrible but the cracks are very apparent, glaring gameplay hiccups like your disguise just... Not working sometimes... Running being an offense punishable by death, guards that can see you from miles away and know exactly who you are and Japan... Just Japan... If you can put up with some questionable gameplay quirks and downright frustratingly vague alert statuses, then sure give this game a go, it's not perfect but it's not terrible either, just know that this is a pretty archaic game, even by the standards of the next game in the series Hitman Contracts.

Ok first I should state I'm visually impared, as obviously that's important. I struggled how to rate this, as the game is quite old and has mostly aged well, a good range of weapons, good graphics, quite big maps, good voice acting, fun missions etc. So the game has many great qualities, but I have noticed some issues too.The hit detection for melee weapons kinda sucks. It's ok if you're in sneak mode, but if you're not, like you're running or standing up then it can take a few attempts to kill your foe. And also the AI seems a bit... off I tried multiple ways off doing a mission yet the guards always saw through my disguise. I killed them with the fibre wire without alerting any other guards, made sure no one would discover the bodies etc yet they always saw through my disguise. Even if this is to do something I'm dong wrong, though I can't think what, the difficulty of this is kinda ridiculous. I've also had guards start shooting me, then pause as if they're confused and just forgot what's going on.So overall a pretty good game, hold up pretty well, but it's definitely showing it's age.

hard game really sick controls that will make you have sleepless nights wondering why you bought it, and then sometimes youll think you like it , its just a game you have to have because it that annoying !!
