This is not made to pick up leaks during a home inspection. What would be more appropriate is a gas leak detector with GOOSE NECK. The gas leak detector is more sensitive (in ppm) range where this detector is a LEL % detector, for exposure safety purposes.

Q: Does this 4 gas detector come with a clip to attach to my FR shirt?

The detector has installed on its back a belt clip. Thanks

Q: Is there a calibration kit available?

The detector comes with a calibration cap to be plugged into calibration gas. For calibration, a standard mixed gas NIST gas bottle with a regulator will work very well. Our recommended product is ASIN: B015O16X32. Multi Calibration Gas: 25 PPM Hydrogen Sulfide, 100 PPM Carbon Monoxide, 2.5% (50% LEL) Methane, 19% Oxygen, Balance Nitrogen
