Wing Wing Wurst nach Vietnamesischem Rezept wird...
... jetzt auch in Canada produziert. Es wird auch gsnz sicher nur Schweinefleisch verarbeitet, keine Angst! Der Geschmack ist genau richtig und original.Wer diese Würstchen einmal gegessen hat, vergisst sie nie mehr. Im Guten wie im Schlechten. Ich persönlich mag sie sehr gerne. Allerdings müssen sie für die rechte Zeit, das heißt mindestens für 10 - 15 Minuten im heissem Wasser köcheln. Das befreit sie auch vom zu viel enthaltenen Fett und sie werden richtig schön zart. Fett sind sie danach immer noch, aber das wissen die Kenner ja. Auch in bestimmten vietnamesischen Gerichten dürfen sie einfach nicht fehlen. Leider sind sie nur schwer in Europa zu finden, also besser immer gleich 2, 3 Packerl kaufen. Bei einer Haltbarkeit von mindestens 8 Monaten ist das zu empfehlen. Ich bewahre sie aber auch immer im Kühlschrank auf. Guten Appetit!

Place sausage in rice and water and cook, or place sausage on a dish set above boiling water, cover with lid and steam for 15 minutes. Refrigerate after opening. Use sausage within one month after opening.
