Great product. Comfortable &Effective!!I purchased the pack which was which offered various sizes. At the time I had also purchased another brand. —-Definitely like Night and Day. The other brand was uncomfortable, the construction was cheap, and it had a chemical smell. Although it also offered various sizes and 2 different styles— it did not sit properly in my nostrils no matter what size or style I chose. I even tried to flip it.. and trim it for a better fit.Waste of time and waste of money.Just not for me!!But…. Woody does know!!! 😉He’s got my attention and business. It was wonderful waking up without a stuffy nose, a headache and a dry mouth!! It’s been a long time since I woke up refreshed.Note: Snoring was never the problem but rather starting the day with daily nasal and sinus congestion pain and headaches. I’m extremelygrateful for this product. Thank you!!!

I bought these as well as the Intake System. I much prefer the Intake (and it's twice as much. and probably exponentially more expensive to make). That said, the intake system is far more comfortable and practical.This seems like something you could get out of a gumball machine for a quarter. It can be uncomfortable after awhile. if you have to blow your nose, you gotta pull this thing out. The Intake will allow you to blow, or you can easily just pop it off/on. That said, happy to have both systems/options. Speaking of - i'm glad i got the size sampler: I like both the small and medium options. The large is a great prop for a halloween costume. Or if you just wanna throw the facial recognition AI off ;)I'm not sure how well they work for snoring - i'm still not allowed to sleep in the bedroom until my SO is done w the bar exam. But as someone who has a deviated septum - this and the Intake have made a HUGE improvement in my ability to breathe through my nose better during the day. Esp helpful now that we have to wear the face diapers everywhere.

Let me first say these do work and they are very comfortable when you get past the initial phase where your nose has to get used to them (this can be uncomfortable and even painful).That being said, I have bought these 9 (NINE) times over the last several years, and I'm frankly getting tired of re-buying something that should be lasting longer. The fact is, these are clearly designed with serious planned obsolescence to get you to keep buying them.First, they are CLEAR, which means you are going to lose them ALL THE TIME. If you drop them or they fall out of your nose while sleeping, they can be nearly impossible to see on the floor or among your bedsheets. They could make them colored. The could make them bright orange. But then you would be less likely to lose them and, of course, re-buy them less often.Second, they are purposely made with a failure point. Around the outer rim, which holds your nostril open, there is a deliberate break point built in (see pictures). The spot I'm referring is a seam, as if the rim was not molded as a single, closed loop but had 2 loose ends of the loop that were then joined together. This spot will break on you. ALWAYS. It's just a matter of time. Most of the nose rim was manufactured without any seams, so why is a seam needed in this spot?No part of this product has ever broken on me except THAT ONE SAME SPOT. If it weren't for that weak spot, you could likely keep using these for months or even years (if you manage not to lose them), and so it seems this break point is clearly added as a fail-safe to ensure the product fails after a certain period of time and must be purchased again by the user.For all my complaining, I am probably going to buy them once more, because again, they work, and I need them. But I will never change my 1 star review until these deliberate design flaws are corrected, and I will be looking at alternatives.

These work amazing for short-term use. Very comfortable and make a huge difference in my ability to breathe at night. However, after about 3 months of wearing them every night, the inside of my nose started to become worn, and I now have a sore on each side of my septum that is taking forever to heal. I wouldn't suggest them for long-term use because of that. It would be great if the material was a *little* bit softer and kinder to nasal membranes. I'm back to wearing breathe-right strips for now...UPDATE:Woody Knows has probably the most outstanding customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. After I wrote my original review, they asked if I wanted to try their new and improved dilators for free once they were released. I was happy to give them another try, so I obliged. A few months later, they sent me their new model, and although it was a lot softer material, the small size was too big for me now, since they made the dilator material wider. I wrote them to say that they were too big for me, and they promptly sent me a set of XS for free!I have to say the XS is a little too small, and the S is a little too big. I also had to take a file to the plastic ring that sits against your septum, since there was a very uncomfortable ridge on it from the molding process. After I did that they were comfortable, but like I said, the XS didn't dilate my nose as much. The material is much softer, but I almost prefer the old model because they were more discreet, opened my nostrils more, and sat better in my nose. I can't wear them every night because they still irritate my septum, but they're nice to switch off from the nasal strips. I would love to give this product 5 stars, but alas, they still don't work perfectly for me. This company DOES really care what you think and strives very hard to make your a happy customer, so it's definitely well worth giving them a try, since everyone has different nose shapes- it might work better for some people. They also really listen to customer feedback and are constantly improving their product based on reviews and ideas, so that's really cool of them.

Very comfortable, stay in place and really works through the night. I’ve tried many different types but this is only one that works how you need it to.

تعرضت والدتي لحادث مروري بسببه لم يعد انفها يعمل كما كان بالسابق حيث كانت تعاني من اختناق اثناء النوم بسبب انغلاق فتحة الانفالمنتج هذا ممتاز جدا ومريح وآمن تستطيع الان ان تتنفس بشكل طبيعي اثناء النوم - مريح لدرجة انها تلبسه حتى وهي مستيقظة وكأنه غير موجودالمنتج رائع وانصح بهبالنسبة للشخير لا اعلم اذا كان يفيد له ام لا

These dilators work immediately and are comfortable. I tried 2 different kinds with the trial packages that have 3 sizes and my husband was able to sample both varieties ... we both agreed that these were the better choice. You are instantly able to breath more freely and I believe that snoring was definitely reduced ... they were so comfortable that I forgot I had them in when I woke up in the morning. They do last for 30 days so when you buy a package of 3 you are covered for quite a while.
