I think this steam sauna was amazing. I enjoy the gentle warmth, it feels especially great after a workout on my muscles and joints. I found the sauna easy to set up and use. It stores pretty compact when not in use. I wasn’t sure how I would like the smaller tent size for just the body, but I find it a lot more manageable size than full body tents. At a bonus, it heats up a lot quicker too. I can loosen the neck a bit to give my face a steam any time. This feels really decadent and luxurious. I appreciate having the remote to control time and temperature, only needing to poke my hand out to adjust if needed so I don’t lose warmth. There is a pocket on the front to store it for easy access. There is a pad for warming my feet which feels heavenly. I think this is pretty amazing!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM - I purchased this item on May 14th, by August 15th it was no longer holding the correct temperature, it repeatedly shuts off. Customer Service is an AI AI Agent Bot, that doesn't address issues, simply keeps requesting additional information. After multiple attempts to get assistance - I am upset and angry that this company took my money in exchange for a product that should perform, and refuses to redress the product breakdown. I feel fleeced.

Works great. We live it

The sauna machine smelled like it was burning when I plugged it in to use. I didn’t get a chance to use it and I can’t even return it because the return window closed.

We love to build things at home. This was not one of those things. We never could get it stabilized, and finally chose to return.

It was good for two days then it began to collapsed while I was inside. Will be returning it.

30 minutes just to get warm. Never did I even break a sweat in this. I wouldn’t bother buying.
