The best projector I’ve ever had the pleasure to own! 😍
The Hisense M2 is an incredible piece of kit! My journey began with a £70 projector. Ok but not HD. A year later splashed out £230 for a led, which was HD 1080. Great for a couple of years, then developed dead (black pixels) that got steadily worse, until it was like trying to watch through a dirty speckled window. Black Friday 2 years ago I bought an Aurzen boom3. Black Friday deal for £300. Brilliant sound and 4k ready (at 30fps). Great sound and pic, but speckled gradually with internal dust. Then screen burned with a big blue oval covering most of the screen on dark scenes. Which brings me to my latest upgrade (and what an upgrade!!!). Fantastic 4k picture and even better sound. Easy set up. Easy manual keystone adjustment to shine on my white wall at 180” wide. Auto focus is great. Loads of different sound and picture set ups. Vibrant colours. Brilliant. By far the best projector I’ve ever had the pleasure to own. Currently £850 on Black Friday. Or £71 per month for 12 months interest free. Free 2 year warranty when you register. As my first journey into triple laser vision I couldn’t be happier! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Great value! Would recommend
I've tried several projectors, many more expensive. This was the best one. My setup: projector is sat next to the bed on an elevated night stand. Mostly dark room so brightness isn't the main concern. My needs: as quiet as possible, even focus when projecting from the side, works well with a TV stick. Results: this was the quietest unit I've tested (out of a few xgimi / nexigo / valerion models. You can hear the fan but no "whistling" noise or buzzing noise like the other units thatade it annoying next to my head. The picture quality, and the auto focus is amazing. I can't tell the difference between this "cheaper" unit and the models between 1 and 1.5k I tested. Also, it's plenty bright. I have it on 3 out of 10 set permanently.

Ultra by name
Before purchasing this from Amazon - I bought a C2 Ultra from another retailer, but sadly that was DOA and had to be returned. The retailer only had the lesser Pro & Std in stock and Looks as though the C2 is being replaced by a C3, which no doubt offer subtle improvements to justify an inflated/ higher retail price at launch. Shortly after returning the 'dead on arrival' C2- I noticed Amazon were doing a rebate deal plus interest free payments - so rather than opt for 'standard' or Pro version...getting this was a no brainer. It duly arrived the next day once ordered (nice work Amazon) and i tentative tried firing this one up...and low and behold...this one worked! I love the fact that it has all the apps installed - so no need for a firestick - but the sound is something else from this. 2 JBL speakers plus a subwoofer. I have an installed SONOS system that covers all my sonic bases...but the C2 has E-ARC...so all my atmos soundtracks can easily be exported via the C2. Picture quality is great too...and i am still playing about with all the picture profiles and tweakability...so this still early days....however this knocks out of the park anything my previous BENQ from 2019 could ever offer. The C2 has a gimbal and the stand swivels....as well as an optical zoom, so an image of 100 inches can be achieved just 6 foot from my screen. It does claim images of up to 300 inches. I did ponder on getting an ultra short throw projector....but as versatility goes....the C2 can be easily moved around and set up anywhere, why bother with an UST (unless you have it permanently position and never plan to move it). Well worth checking this out and the remaining lesser spec'd models. If you're into gaming (this is Xbox certified) and watching day time not just night time content - the 3000 ANSI lumens really hits the spot. Black levels are ok...and maybe a Valerion premium model may trounce this? - but as a lifestyle offer, this takes some beating. i just hope this has longevity built in and it achieves its 25k hours claimed lazer light output. Time will tell I guess. One happy customer :-)

Good quality sound & image, but not the brightest.
Well made, quiet, good quality sound, colours are fantastic and auto focus is very accurate. However, if you need to set up the keystone feature, the settings don't appear to be "lockable". By that, I mean if you so much as knock the protector while it's projecting, it will go into auto focus mode and lose the settings that you have just spent a long time setting up! (You'll have to start all over again). This is only a problem if the projector is not secured in an out of reach position. The brightness of the screen is just ok, so long as there is no direct sunlight. (Curtains/blinds closed for best results). WiFi (3&5G) and Bluetooth connections work well. Built-in TV software is good. Responds quickly to remote control (which doesn't need to be pointed accurately at any part of the projector). There are only basic buttons on the casing, so if you lose the remote you will struggle big time. (Hopefully it can be replaced!) Overall, because I bought this item described as in "acceptable" condition and therefore heavily discounted (No instructions in box and outer packaging being non-standard) I am very pleased with it, and it can clearly create a very good image that is at least 300". This projector is now set up in a chapel and being fed by a laptop via HDMI cable. (The speakers can fill the 100 seater chapel with high quality sound). Looks a bit "old fashioned" but that's not the bit people should be looking at!
