No one would buy this book unless they wanted to solve a drainage issue. It’s solution is to identify that you have a problem and then change your water flow to eliminate the problem, review if your changes were sufficient to eliminate the problem. No $%@& Einstein!It was mostly a list of ways to move water from one place to another and pointing out that elevation is the major factor in where water moves. I found it to provide no tools for actionable ways to develop a site specific plan to guide me to a solution. Everything is just common knowledge put into a booklet and sold to idiots like me who were so hoping to come away with knowledge to help solve a problem.

I was expecting the book to have some step by step instructions. The book was no more than a list of Descriptions and Applications for each. Example a Description of a French drain, and under which circumstance you would use a French Drain.No Pictures, No step by step, No details on types of stone or size. This is probably the 3rd review I have ever written. I just don't want others to make the same mistake I did.
